Workforce Wellbeing
Showing your Employees they Matter
This package is designed to help your employees to feel empowered to take their health into their own hands while feeling supported by YOU, the employer, to make those changes.
The main focus with this program is to create a sense of wellbeing for your employees. We do this by offering Monthly Communications from Sara, creating engaging Bi-annual Fitness Challenges with their own kick-off and celebration, the Bi-annual Lunch and Learns to educate on various health and fitness topics determined by the employee surveys Sara sends out. The goal is to make these Lunch and Learns as informational and thought provoking as possible, since there are only two throughout the year.
The most valuable piece to this program is the Annual Check-In with Sara and access to the Online Wellness Programs. Having access to these workouts is what will help your employees feel supported in the health changes they are wanting to make. Since behavior change is hard, their family members also have access to the online programs since habits are more likely to be made or broken if the people you are around are doing the same thing too. Another perk to this program is that your employees & their family members receive 60% off online programs & courses, 40% Virtual Personal Training services, & 60% Perinatal Fitness programs. Giving this as an option can help your employees afford even more personalized fitness, if they choose to do so.
Employees will NEVER be solicited to purchase any services provided by Elemental Motion or by any 3rd party contractors*
*3rd party contractors are sometimes utilized to provide expert knowledge on topics during lunch and learns. Examples include: dieticians, pelvic floor therapists, physical therapists, life coaches, psychotherapists, midwives, etc.

Lunch & Learn Sessions are 45-60 minute lunch topics where our personal trainer presents different health topics that are tailored to your company & staffing needs. Some of these lunch & learns cover fitness challenges, celebrating winners, and discussing overall success of your staff, as well as the health topics.

Bi-Annual fitness challenges to promote team building/bonding, engagement in the health benefits, a way to motivate other staffers to get involved in ways that feel accessible to them. What’s the Difference between the Platinum & Gold Packages Vs the Silver?
The biggest difference is the frequency in which I interface with your employees. This can lead to a lower ROI, or creates one that takes longer to see due to the onus being more on the employee. This gives your employees the tools & it’s up to them to “get the job done.” This is a good option for smaller companies (<100) and intrinsically motivated/computer savvy staff.
