Our founder, Sara Eichinger, is a certified Prenatal & Postpartum Wellness specialist through the GGS program. She understands that not only does one need to know about the amazing physiological changes that happens to the body when pregnant and postpartum, but we need to be able to adjust fitness & training expectations. We work on the mind, body, and spirit of all clients, but we can make your fitness journey really reflect what you and your changing body needs.

Becoming a parent is a life altering event in and of itself. At Elemental Motion, we take the guess work out of what you can safely do, what you ought to do for your body, and to collaborate with the rest of your birthing team so you can feel confident, strong, and capable for whatever this next chapter in your life brings.
