According to Deloitte, 8 in 10 Gen Z & Millennial prospective employees look at a prospective company’s  health and wellness policies into account when seeking employment.  When it comes to recruiting and retaining top talent, you must consider what you are offering in terms of health and wellness benefits.  We are talking beyond your standard medical health benefits, but what you as a company stands for.  The Talent Magnet package shows employees and prospective employees that you do care about their health and wellbeing, and to prove so, you have these wonderful programs for your employees to enjoy.  

Most notably, this package offers access to the Natural Fitness Online Wellness Program where they can find a fitness level right for them and have the workouts available at their fingertips. Each year we will host a Fitness Challenge kick-off event where I will come to your facility and host the “relaunch” all week.  During this week, your employees are able to set up meetings with me to discuss their health and fitness goals and that is where I would guide them on which fitness program to start with.  This week is the most important part of the program, because this is where individualism takes hold, which will prompt more engagement throughout the year. 


This program has the yearly Fitness Challenge that is guided by the kickoff itself, and then one Lunch and Learn 6 months later for “inspiration” motivation, etc.  These challenges are also then supported Quarterly Communications from Sara and will need the support of your team captains or HR to provide more motivation throughout the year. 

To provide more support to your employees, family members of the employees will also have access to the online programs.  Since habits are more likely to be made or broken if the people you are around are doing the same thing too, this is an important piece of engagement for you and your employees to see positive changes.  Another perk to this program is that your employees & their family members receive 60% off online programs & courses, 40% Virtual Personal Training services, & 60% Perinatal Fitness programs. Giving this as an option can help your employees afford even more personalized fitness, if they choose to do so.

What’s the Difference between the Bronze Vs the Platinum, Gold, &Silver?

The biggest difference is the frequency in which I interface with your employees.  Since I will just be doing email communications and seeing them twice a year, this can lead to much slower implementation times, it can lead to a lower ROI, or creates one that takes longer to see due to the onus being on the employee.  This gives your employees the tools & it’s up to them to “get the job done.” This is a good option for smaller companies (<100) and intrinsically motivated/computer savvy  staff.
