The Gold Cultural Shift package has a lot of the same benefits as the Platinum Peak Performance package including: the Online Wellness Portal, & the Monthly Communications from Sara, and the Elemental Motion Discount on services.  The differences are that the challenges are Quarterly Team Challenges and will be focused on team building and accountability.  When people have shared experiences, their communications tend to improve, teamwork, & collaboration are also more likely to occur during the challenge and after.  Challenges are designed uniquely for the employee population and ALL populations are considered when these challenges are made to ensure max participation. People are more apt to making real changes in health and behavior when it is personal and when they “have skin in the game.” By making these challenges fun for your employees and for providing exciting team prizes, you will have more engagement, which means healthier employees, and greater ROI. 

The Quarterly Lunch and Learns offer more chances of employees connecting by celebrating the Fitness Challenge winners, introducing the next challenge, and to go over more personalized health and wellness questions employees have. The chance to ask these questions in a Lunch and Learn setting is helpful, because others might have a similar issue or question, yet may forget to ask when talking to Sara during their 15 minute Bi-annual Check-In.  

We continue to make the fitness programs more personal by providing access to the Online Wellness Portal to not only them, but to their family members as well. Utilizing their wellness program, employees should find themselves in healthier and happier conditions sooner than later.  I offer this to their family as well, because studies show that a person is more likely to create new or change previous behaviors if the company they keep does the same activity. This increases the likelihood of your employee to engage in fitness at home as well, not just at the office.  Another perk to this program is that your employees & their family members receive 60% off online programs & courses, 40% Virtual Personal Training services, & 60% Perinatal Fitness programs. Giving this as an option can help your employees afford even more personalized fitness, if they choose to do so.  

Employees will NEVER be solicited to purchase any services provided by Elemental Motion or by any 3rd party contractors*

*3rd party contractors are sometimes utilized to provide expert knowledge on topics during lunch and learns.  Examples include: dieticians, pelvic floor therapists, physical therapists, life coaches, psychotherapists, midwives, etc. 


  • Lunch & Learn Sessions are 45-60 minute lunch topics where our personal trainer presents different health topics that are tailored to your company & staffing needs. Some of these lunch & learns cover fitness challenges, celebrating winners, and discussing overall success of your staff, as well as the health topics.

  • Quarterly fitness challenges to promote team building/bonding, engagement in the health benefits, a way to motivate other staffers to get involved in ways that feel accessible to them. All challenges are decided between your trainer, HR, and staff. Part of your discovery data will show where company interest is and yearly plan will be submitted.

  • Access for both your employees and their families to Elemental Motion’s online DIY fitness programs. These programs guide someone who is either a novice, beginner, or an intermediate fitness enthusiast and can safely guide them through appropriate exercises for their ability level. These programs are in a video library and excel sheet format, designed to teach someone HOW to exercise.

  • Elemental Motion will check in with your employees bi-annually to address any fitness questions or concerns they may be experiencing.

  • Elemental Motion will take care of all email communications direct to your employees. These monthly emails will highlight the topics discussed in the lunch & learns, the current challenge, any updates, and ways for them to contact us directly with any fitness questions or concerns they may be experiencing.

  • We take the guess work away & provide your HR with the data they need/want, documentation for the fitness challenges, liability forms, health history questionnaires, and employee engagement monthly. This can be done on a certain day each month, especially if you need documentation for board members or budget meetings.

  • Working closely with your HR team to collect data for 5-year absenteeism, retention, and healthcare cost benchmarking. We take a look at your history, we collect data while under contract & provide the proof your budgeting team needs for their ROI and overall benefit to your company’s health insurance costs & employee satisfaction.

  • Not only do your employees and their families get access to our online fitness programs, we also off your staff and household personal training discounts for our online, in-person, & perinatal services.

What’s the Difference between Platinum & Gold Packages?

The main difference between the Platinum and the Gold offering is the lack of Monthly “Sprint” challenges that can really help with getting more employees engaged, especially if they feel like they are unable to handle a full Quarter commitment. The other noticeable difference is that there are less Lunch and Learns, so this program’s Lunch & Learns will focus on celebrating the previous challenge, introducing the new challenge,& to do a few Health Q&As based upon the survey sent out to still optimize customization.  This plan relies more on monthly emails to educate and to implore your employees to utilize their online fitness programs.  Lastly, but most importantly, instead of quarterly Check-Ins, they get bi-annual Check-Ins with Sara to go over their health goals and hurdles. I say “most importantly” because studies show that the more individualized a program is, the higher the chance a person will stick with it. This package is a great option, but most will see a slower ROI based upon less individualism within the program.
